Policies

Cancellation

Cancel in Settings or on the web; free trials must be canceled at least 24 hours before they end.

iPhone/iPad/Mac: Settings/App Store > Subscriptions > select plan > Cancel Subscription.
Web: sign in at account.apple.com to manage/cancel.
If billed by a carrier or other provider, cancel with them.

Refunds

Refunds aren’t guaranteed. Request at reportaproblem.apple.com (Request a refund, choose a reason, submit). Apple typically reviews in 24–48 hours; if approved, funds return to your original payment method. Card refunds can take up to 30 days to appear. You can check status under “Check Status of Claims” on reportaproblem.apple.com.
